Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

**As of June 2, 2022. The Project has been awarded to Budd M Rich Plumbing, Inc but no awarded amount available.** Replace all of the existing cast iron P-Traps under the second-floor dining area, kitchen and restrooms. New cast iron pipe will be used for all of the replaced waste lines. New hand sink to be installed as directed by the owner. Vendor will be responsible for any damage that occurs. Vendor will provide all of the materials required to complete this work. The new sink will be provided by the owner All work will be scheduled as the kitchen activity allows. No drains will be left open overnight. All work will be completed No later than August 12th 2022. All work to be completed in compliance with all Federal state and local building codes. Work to begin on May 11th. Q & A deadline: Apr 27, 2022 7:00:00 PM EDT.
