Domenici Federal Courthouse, 333 Lomas Blvd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102, Location: 7th Floor Roof. The work of the project is defined by the contract documents and consists of the following: The primary objective of this contract is to extend the extendable warranty period of the existing roof coating system at the seventh-floor roof which also includes penthouse and atrium roof areas. The magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The firm must be a General Construction firm under NAICS: 238160, size standard: $16.5 million. It is anticipated that this project will take approximately 125 calendar days from notice to proceed. Award of any resulting procurement will be based on best value to the government methodology. The offeror shall obtain any and all necessary licenses or permits required to perform this work in the State of New Mexico. This procurement is set aside for SERVICE-DISABLE VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS firms. The procurement is subject to availability of funds. FAR 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee (Sep 96) (a) Failure to furnish a bid guarantee in the proper form and amount, by the time set for opening of bids, may be cause for rejection of the bid.
