Saving Project...

Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.

The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Paint all interior surfaces of welding shop to include steel, aluminum, concrete block,concrete masonry, drywall, wood, galvanized surfaces, etc (b) Provide two (2) coats of Pro Industrial Multi-Surface Acrylic Paint on all surfaces. (c) Prepare existing interior substrate surfaces to accept specified paint product in accordance with Paint Manufacturer's written instructions and recommendations. (d) Apply paint at the recommended film thickness and spreading rate with spray application method in accordance with Paint Manufacturers recommendations. (e) Use a 50% overlap with each pass of the spray gun to avoid bare areas and pinholes. (f) Before using, refer to Safety Data Sheets (SDS). (g) Clean spills, splatters, hands and tools immediately after use, and follow manufacturers safety recommendations when using solvents. (h) All work to be performed after hours, evenings and weekends, and not during normal business hours and to be coordinated and arranged with Contract Administrator.
