Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Quebec. Design plans call for the construction of a 32,150-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and road / highway.

Construction of the Beauharnois-Salaberry and Roussillon intermunicipal organic matter recovery board (RIVMO) organic matter composting complex in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield. The scope of the project includes the construction of all required facilities: infrastructures, a weighing station, access roads, a service building with a garage. TIMELINE: Preliminary planning is underway. The owner has awarded an additional engineering consultant Solinov to provide specialized engineering consulting services in organic matter management for design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary planning is underway. Working drawings are expected to begin in summer 2023. Timelines of further project development are being finalized. Note. Construction start is preliminary slated for spring 2024.
