Site work for a road / highway in Hillman, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Supplying materials for this project will include design, fabrication, delivery and installation of steel sheet piling meeting the 2012 MDOT Standard Specifications for Construction. Persons desiring electronic copies of the bid documents should contact the Montmorency County Road Commission. Each bid proposal shall be submitted on the provided Bid Form. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for the receipt of the bids. Materials shall be delivered to the MCRC within 8 weeks of design plan approval. All proposals must be in sealed envelopes bearing the name of the bidder and plainly marked as to its contents. Telephone or faxed bids will not be accepted. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive an irregularities in the bids, and to award the bid in a manner deemed in the best interests of Montmorency County. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
