Site work and paving for a road / highway in Trevorton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Coal Street Paving Contract: Furnish and place 243 Tons of Asphalt Wearing Course, 969 Tons Asphalt Binder Course,; 148 Tons 2A Subbase; 5 Set Grade Adjustment of Existing Miscellaneous Structure and perform 4,034 SY Milling of Asphalt Pavement. Tenth Street Paving Contract: Furnish and place 213 Tons of Asphalt Wearing Course; 851 Tons Asphalt Binder Course; 2 Set Grade Adjustment of Existing Miscellaneous Structure and perform 3,545 SY Milling of Asphalt Pavement. Prevailing Wage Rates shall be pade on both projects Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% percent of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
