Zerbe Township Supervisors, Northumberland County, PA extends this invitation to submit a Proposal for the construction of new High Water Well Piping facilities located at 1350 Susquehanna Street, Trevorton, PA. This contract is for a structure design and construction project and will consist of the installation of approximately 300 lineal feet of new 6 HDPE piping with Bauer fittings, including leg stands & mounting bracketry. The extent of the work to be performed is noted in project documents and titled "Scope of Work and Design Parameters." The Contract Documents provided by the Township are intended to provide each Bidder with the intent and requirements of this project. The Township supervisors intend to award the contract for the Work to the overall lowest qualified and responsible bidder, as determined by Township supervisors in the best interest of the Zerbe Township. All proposals should assume that the Work will be subject to the Pennsylvania Steel Products Procurement Act. This project is not subject to PA Prevailing Wage Rate. A 10% Bid Bond, certified check or other approved surety shall accompany the proposal. The Contractor, upon notification of Intent to Award, shall provide to the Owner, Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the total Contract amount. The Township hereby reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals submitted. The Township also reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in proposals received.
