Online Portal Base Bid - The Base Bid includes full-depth asphalt pavement replacement of the East Bound Lanes of Park Manor Boulevard from the intersection with Robinson Town Centre Boulevard to the intersection with Robinson Lane, and related improvements. The Base Bid scope of work includes the following items and conditions: 1. Mobilization. 2. Maintenance and Protection of Traffic. The Contractor must maintain at least one travel lane in each direction at all times. The Contractor shall maintain access to all driveways, businesses, and bus stops along the project site at all times. 3. Temporary Erosion & Sediment Control Measures, including inlet protection filter bags and concrete washout. 4. Demolition and disposal of the existing pavement and subbase. 5. Installation of new geotextile, subbase, base course, binder course, and wearing course, including application of bituminous tack coat, per the paving details on the project plans. 6. Removal, disposal, and replacement of any subgrade material deemed unsuitable, if and where directed by the Engineer. 7. Seal all pavement joints throughout the project site. 8. Provide driveway apron adjustments and keyway milling throughout the project. 9. Provide inlet and utility adjustments to meet the proposed pavement grades. 10. Replacement of loop detector sensors in-kind per the approved traffic signal permit plans. 11. Replacement of all traffic and pavement markings in-kind. 12. The Owner reserves the right to decide if any pavement or other materials removed from the project site shall remain the property of owner and shall be deposited as directed by the Engineer or if they shall be properly removed from the site by the Contractor. 13. Contractor will need to coordinate with the township or private property owners for staging and laydown area.
