Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of ROBINSON TOWNSHIP in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal as a guarantee. No bid bond shall be waived or returned because the Bidder has failed to or cannot comply with any requirements as set forth in the plans, specifications, or any applicable statues of the State of Pennsylvania or any applicable municipal ordinance. he Owner reserves the right to award the contract within ninety (90) days from the date bids were opened. The Owner hereby reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids submitted or any part thereof or item therein. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids.
