Renovation of a detention facility in Lower Woodstock, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
* Award subject to final approval. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 East Elevation: Repair and replace deteriorated mortar and brick and missing mortar at cast stone (+-40% of surface). Excavate along wall as needed to access brick to be repaired. Remove existing window well and basement windows, and blocked openings. Remove steel bar at holding cells window and repair holes in window sills. Install new fibre cement board at bottom of wall. Apply new caulking around all windows. .2 The contractor shall use dust control throughout the construction site. It is the responsibility of the contractor to take precautions to minimize the dust going in the building ventilation system during renovation work Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
