Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lower Woodstock, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work consists generally of construction of 652 lineal meters of concrete curb and gutter and 427 square meters of reinforced concrete sidewalk complete with base/subbase, installation of 13.5 lineal meters of 250mm dia. PVC storm sewer pipe, 6 precast concrete catch basins and site restoration. Specifications shall be obtained from Dillon Consulting Limited, upon payment of FIFTY DOLLARS NON-REFUNDABLE (which includes applicable HST). NOTE: To obtain the tender documents and be registered on the bidders list please call 506-444-8820 or email tward@dillon.ca. Original tender documents will be issued in electronic copy. A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Town of Woodstock, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the Total Tender Price (including HST) must accompany each Tender. The Town of Woodstock reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
