Renovation of a mixed-use development in Columbus, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Columbus Schools ESSER projects as detailed below for HVAC replacements/upgrades throughout the Elementary and High Schools. Plans will be available April 11th, 2022. This is a Montana Prevailing Wage Rate project with Federal ESSER funding. The higher of either MT State Prevailing Wage or DavisBacon Wage rates will govern. See State of Montana website and/or project specifications for current effective labor rates. All laborers and mechanics employed by CONTRACTOR or its subcontractors in performance of the construction work shall be paid wages at rates as required by law. T h e C O N T R A C TO R must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not disc r i m i n a t e d a g a i n s t because of their race, color, religion, sex or national origin. All Federal and State laws and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over the project shall apply to the contract throughout. The State of M o n t a n a 1 % G r o s s Receipts Tax applies to this project. Successful BIDDERS shall furnish insurance as described in the Bid Documents and certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, and to accept the lowest responsible bid which is in the best interest of the Owner. *This project has been identified as part of a stimulus package
