The installer of the acrylic surfacing and crack repair systems shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience and be an approved/licensed installer by the manufacturer of the materials to be used. All prospective Bidders must submit a list of at least two (2) previous similar work projects performed within the last Ten (10) years. Bidders shall provide a full description of the scope of work performed, products used, and provide contact information of the customer/client/owner for which the work was performed.
