Site work for a municipal facility in Borden, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The project generally consists of: The installation of approximately 6,480 linear feet of slurry wall around the western portion of the Clark-Floyd Landfill, as shown on the plans and described in the specifications. The Bidder awarded this project shall be substantially complete with the project within 60 calendar days after notice to proceed is issued. Liquidated damages will be assessed at $1,000.00 per calendar day. Each Bidder shall submit with their bid an acceptable security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bidder's maximum bid price and in the form of a certified check or bank money order or a bid bond, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Invitation to Bid and Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of bid opening. The Clark County Commissioners reserve the right to waive any bidding informality or to reject any or all bids. Clark County, Indiana is an Equal Opportunity Employer
