Scope of Services The City of Menifee invites consulting firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications (RFQ) to be considered for the short list of prequalified firms to provide As-Needed Professional Engineering/Public Works Services in support of the City's Land Development Division on an as-needed basis. NOTE: The City intends to select between one (1) and three (3) firms, depending on specialty, to shortlist for a term of four (4) years. The City reserves the right to prequalify any number of firms and the right to reject all proposals. Any duly qualified firm may propose to provide services across multiple disciplines as a single consolidated proposal; multiple proposals by the same firm will not be accepted. Due to the as-needed nature of the work, no work is guaranteed regardless of selection. The scope of work will vary and will be contracted on a Task Order basis as the need arises.
