For the "2022 Road Improvements" project the Bidders do not need to be PENNDOT prequalified. PA Prevailing Wages apply to this project. After the pre-bid meeting these will be in the form of a written notice to all bidders. All bids will be opened publicly at a regular meeting of the Penn Forest Township Board of Supervisors on Monday May 2, 2022 at approximately 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the agenda allows.
