Installation of 15" HDPE Pipe (55'), extension of existing 15" RCP, removal and installation of Type "M" storm sewer inlets (3), Hartman end wall systems (1), rip-rap protection, shoulder restoration (10.5" depth), bituminous leveling (450 TON) and 9.5 MM overlay (850 TON), 2A shoulder back up and water borne pavement marking. The work is more specifically identified in the project manual/bid documents and project exhibits. Bid results will be posted electronically Bids for this Contract shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid. All Bids shall be effective for sixty (60) calendar days. Clarification Deadline 9/13/2021 12:00 PM The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. The project documents contain provisions regarding the applicability of PA Prevailing Wages. Bidders must be either Pre-qualified Prime or Pre-qualified SubContractor for Work Class F, F1 & H. Kidder Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or portions thereof and to accept any Bids, which in its judgment is for the best interest of the Township. PROJECT NO. 106350.02 Work schedule must be coordinated with the Municipality and all work must be completed by May 27, 2022. After May 27, 2022 liquidated damages apply at the rate of $850.00 per calendar day.
