Notice is hereby given that requests for information will be received by the purchasing agent of the los angeles county sanitation districts for audio visual upgrades for the joint administration office board room DESCRIPTION:Furnish, deliver, and install A/V equipment and accessories per the Specifications of this bid. The new equipment required in this bid will allow for the efficient use of cameras and displays and improved audience viewing experiences. At time of bid, the Contractor shall possess a valid California Contractor's License in the following classifications:B, C-7, C-10 All bids shall be accompanied by a bidder's surety equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount bid in the form of a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond from an admitted surety, made payable to "County Sanitation District No. 2 of Los Angeles County. The successful bidder shall be required to provide good and sufficient bonds for payment of laborers and materialmen as required in the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, 2018 Edition, and the Districts Amendments, dated 2020. Bonds shall be delivered to the Purchasing Office of the County Sanitation Districts of Los Angeles County within ten (10) days of award of purchase order. Any questions regarding this bid must be directed per the instructions listed within the bid package. LAST DAY FOR QUESTIONS: Thursday, August 4, 2022 Provide labor and materials to install audio visual equipment in the Districts' Joint Administration Office Board Room
