Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Riverside, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Riverside, sealed bids for a lump sum contract are invited for the following Project: SRC North Gym Bleachers Replacement Removal and disposal of existing bleacher system including guardrails located on mezzanine. Installation of new bleacher system, guardrails, all electrical connections to support new bleacher system including new electrical modifications for media platform, and resurfacing of gym floor located directly under the top court bleachers. For further information, please contact the Project's Contract Administrator, Mary Ramirez at the Email: mary.ramirez@ucr.edu The successful Bidder will be required to have the following State of California Contractor's License current at the time of submission of the Bid: "B", "General Contractor" Once apparent low bidder is announced, they will have 24 hours to deliver original bid and supporting documents to the University; due to COVID-19 restrictions, some procedures will be modified in an effort to follow guidelines. The work described in the contract is a public work subject to section 1771 of the California Labor Code.
