The Department of Administrative services (DAS) Construction Services (DAS/CS) is seeking the services of a highly talented and experienced Architect team specializing in medical examiner / autopsy facilities, storage, & refrigeration. The team will provide feasibility, design, appropriate sub-consultants (including but not limited to mechanical, electrical & plumbing engineers) & construction administration services to the DAS/CS in support of the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner Expansion and Renovation of the building located at 15 Shuttle Road, Farmington, CT. Teams must demonstrate extensive current relevant experience with medical examiner, lab and or hospital autopsy projects. Firms who wish to respond to this request for qualifications are encouraged to identify a teaming partner if they do not include such expertise within their portfolio.
