Replacement of the HVAC system, equipment and controls in the Visitor Center and Administrative building at Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge. The work is to include the removal of existing heat pumps, piping and duct work as needed to accomplish the renovation of the HVAC system. Contractor is to follow all attached documents, design drawings and specifications provided. All duct work (new and original) are to be professionally cleaned once the new units are installed. o Base bid to include HVAC replacement and construction in the Administrative building including replacing the Geo Pumps and controllers. o Add #1 purchase all replacement HVAC equipment needed for the Visitor Center per construction documents. o Add # 2 Complete all required HVAC installation and construction in the Visitor Center. Contractor must have at least 3 years of experience installing HVAC systems and provide documentation and references.
