For the construction of repair Campus Outdoor Lighting at Southwest Virginia Community College, Project Code # 260-B1260-035 (M21SW113) located in Cedar Bluff, VA. The project is generally described as various site maintenance projects including replacing non-operable roadway and sidewalk lighting with associated circuitry and reserving a storage building that has been disconnected. A new campus light fixture and pole will be established. New bores will be provided under roadways and sidewalks for new lighting circuits. A Standard Commonwealth Bid Bond is required (form CO-10.2 and Contract Security is required) for any bid regardless of bid amount. Procedures for submitting a bid, claiming an error, withdrawal of bids and other pertinent information are contained in the Instructions to Bidders, which is part of the Invitation for Bids. Withdrawal due to error in bid shall be permitted in accordance with Section 9 of the Instructions to Bidders and 2.2- 330, Code of Virginia. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Emergency light fixtures, exit signs, fire alarm equipment will be connected to life safety panels. Communications equipment, HVAC in server rooms and select HVAC loads will be connected to optional standby panels.
