BASE SYSTEM: o 125 KW rating minimum o Fuel system - Single Fuel - Natural Gas or Propane Vapor, field selectable (installed with natural gas) o Monitoring and control available via Wi-Fi network connection, includes mobile and web interfaces, status notifications, start/stop control o Automatic Transfer Switch for 400 amp service o Mounting of the Automatic Transfer Switch at location 30 feet from generator on separate equipment support rack o Motor rated speed of 1800 RPM or less at full load o 3-phase 120/240, Steady-State Voltage Operational Bandwidth: 1.0 percent of rated output voltage from no load to full load. o Weather proof enclosure with 180MPH wind rating o 2 year / 1000 hour warranty minimum o Liquid cooled motor o Surge suppression system for generator and Automatic Transfer Switch o Installation of generator, switch, wiring on provided concrete slab
