Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hope, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
Purpose of for the Hempstead Hall HVAC renovation on the Hope campus located at 2500 S. Main, Hope, AR 71802-0140. OVERVIEW/SCOPE OF WORK The project will require services of a licensed mechanical contractor and licensed electrical contractor to complete the HVAC renovation to include the following: 1. Demolition of multiple DX split systems and refrigerant piping (duct distribution to remain), 2. Provision and installation of new modular air-cooled chiller plant, 3. Provision and installation of new fan coils (with duct transitions as required), 4. Provision and installation of associated piping, pumps, valves and controls; 5. Furnish Payment and Performance Bond for full amount of contract Bidder shall be required to furnish and/or supply all materials, parts, equipment, or codes necessary for accomplish any and all tasks required to service the units or systems by this contract. Completion Time: The work must be substantially complete and ready for final payment in accordance with the Contract Documents by April 28, 2023.
