Renovation of a municipal facility in Hope, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
o Tear off existing roof (includes approximately 6 inches of leveling sand), 2080 ft2 o Attach 3 rows of metal supports to existing I-beams and taper to back o Attach metal beams on top of metal supports, front to back o Attach purlins across beams as needed o Install 26 gauge minimum R panel on purlins o Add coping cap with J channel over concrete block edging to receive siding to seal openings. Overlap below existing top of bricks. o Extend R-panel over back drip edge 4 inches minimum The City of Hope reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
