Renovation of a mixed-use development in New Liskeard, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility.

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to solicit quotations from qualified contractors for the replacement of the soffit and fascia as well as re-fastening of the steel roofing of the Dymond Salt Shed building, located behind the Dymond Fire Station at 181 Drive-In-Theatre Road, New Liskeard Ontario. The Dymond Salt Shed is located at 181 Drive-In-Theatre Rd behind the Dymond Community Hall and Dymond Fire Station. The building measures 60' (18.3m) wide by 70' (21.3m) long and 25' (7.6m) tall, consisting of a gable end style roof. A number of metal roofing panels have loosened and require additional fasteners to ensure the roofs longevity. The proponent shall: - Supply and install 1,600 - #10 x 2" hex head zinc plated brown metal roofing screws to the steel roof panels, leaving the existing screws in place. - Proponent is responsible to inspect all metal roof panels on the building and ensure they are fastened adequately with the aforementioned roofing screws. - Remove and dispose of existing soffit and fascia. Supply and install new white soffit and fascia around entire building. Ensure soffit and fascia is installed with #6 x 3/8" pan head white soffit screws. - Complete all work to satisfaction of the City of Temiskaming Shores by July 29, 2022 Complete work in accordance with required health and safety protocols.
