Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in North Adams, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; road / highway; and road / highway.
B2021 Roadway Improvements Bracewell Avenue & Freeman Avenue Mill and overlay resurfacing with new cement concrete sidewalks with integral cement concrete curb, ADA/MAAB compliant curb ramps and crosswalks, traffic signs, replacement of frames and grates or frames and covers as needed, and all associated work for the entire lengths of Bracewell Avenue (approx. 1,830 LF) and Freeman Avenue (approx. 234 LF). Total number of days to Final Completion is estimated to be sixty-five (65) days. Contractor Qualification Highway Division Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Construction being funded by the City's FY'21 CDBG program through the State Dept. of Hsg. & Community Development subject to funding and fulfillment of all post grant-award requirements.
