For bldg. at 111 River St; work consists of termination and capping of utility services, removal and lawful disposal of all solid waste materials on the interior and exterior of the project site prior to demolition, abatement of inventoried asbestos materials, removal and disposal of inventoried oil and hazardous materials, demolition of site building, lawful disposal or off-site recycle of all other demolition debris, excavation and lawful disposal of contaminated soils classified as hazardous waste, and backfilling.
