Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Design plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
As of March 9, 2023, an architect has been selected and this project is in the design phase. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Archuleta County, Colorado Board of County Commissioners (County) invites qualified professional vendors (Respondent) to submit proposals for Professional Architectural and Engineering Services for a new Bus Terminal Facility in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. The project will be from schematic design to construction, consistent with AIA Document B101 and following the County's construction codes. The project will be funded by Archuleta County and grant funds. TECHNICAL QUESTIONS: All questions shall be submitted in writing to Laura Vanoni at lvanoni@archuletacounty.org. Questions are due by April 29, 2022. Once the questions are compiled, they will be made available 2 business days after the due date, or May 2, 2022. Contact Laura Vanoni if you would like to receive the submitted questions and responses. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
