The project entails clearing the site which will include but not be limited to, the removal of trees, existing fencing, bituminous and concrete pavement. The contractor shall also install new fencing and concrete curb as well as install new hot mixed asphalt pavement and play surface in the basketball court area. Bid Security is required in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid, but not in excess of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) Consent of Surety: Certificate from a Surety Company is required indicating consent to be bound as surety and guarantor for performance required under the Contract Documents.
