The project consists of renovations and site improvements to West Genesee Central School District. SITE TRADES CONTRACT #105 The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Withdrawal of Bids will be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The Site Work Contractor shall furnish all material, labor, equipment, subcontractors, supervision, management, and administration required for the total performance of the work of this contract as listed in the following specification sections and shown on the following drawings including, but not limited to: a. Code Compliance Drawings prefixed with the letter (G). b. Site/Civil Drawings prefixed with the letter (L). c. Provide the complete work for all sections of Divisions 00, 01, 31, 32, 33 2. Notes to Site Contractor: a. The Site Work Contractor is responsible for offsite disposal of unsuitable soil and rock resulting from the work of the Site Work Contractor. b. Site Contractor is responsible for his own dumpsters and port-a-johns. c. Site Contractor shall install scoreboard conduit as supplied by the Electrician. 3. The Contractor represents they have expertise in the performance of Work for this trade and assures all items to be complete, functional and installed in accordance with the best practices consistent with premium quality material and workmanship.
