Renovation of a medical facility in Moncton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 The removal and replacement of the existing 102 mm (4 in.) pneumatic tubing system with a new 152 mm (6 in.) system, as well as the replacement of existing 152 mm (6 in.) system stations, blowers, transfer-units where specified, and the upgrade of controls on existing stations where specified This shall include but not be limited to the removal and/or replacement of existing pneumatic tubing, transfer stations, blower units and stations. .2 Electrical and controls connections to all new/replaced stations. .3 Incorporation of all new and existing pneumatic tube system equipment into a new facility wide cloud-based controls infrastructure front-end. .4 The relocation of existing mechanical and electrical services to accommodate new pneumatic tubing routing, modifications interior finishes, core drilling of existing slab floors and infection control measures during construction. .5 Removal/Construction/Renovation to existing walls/floors/ceilings/bulkheads as required to accommodate the new mechanical/electrical services according to the architectural drawings.
