Electronic documents (PDF Format) will only be distributed upon contractors' requests by contacting Rob Bateman at rob.bateman@stantec.com General Contractors Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tendered quotation. Tenders submitted in response to this invitation to tender shall be dealt with in accordance with the following terms and conditions, which are supplemental to and not in substitution for the tendering procedures contained in Regulation 82-109: 1 The Owner will not necessarily accept any tender for award of the Contract. 2 In making the decision to award the Contract pursuant to this invitation to tender the Owner will take into account: 1 The history of work performance of each tenderer on similar or different types of work in prior Contracts with the Owner. 2 The tenderer's qualifications to perform the Work, the quality of the tenderer's past work, the tenderer's financial capability to do the Work and the competence of the tenderer. The requirements of the Crown Construction Contracts Act apply.
