Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to May 2023. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The purpose of the proposed project is to address deteriorating pavement surface, improve ride quality, and to extend the life of the roadway. Additionally, there are culverts within the corridor that may require maintenance for continued operational use. Perpetuation project to resurface approximately 2.7 miles from the joint located north of the USH 10 intersection and will end at the joint located north of Ridgecrest Lane on WIS 55 in Calumet County between the City of Kaukauna and the Village of Harrison. The project will also include review of culverts for maintenance level repair. Anticipated Construction Cost: $1,000,000-$1,999,999 The contract price will be based on the selected consultant's actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ; Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract. Consultants selected will be required to either submit or have on file with WisDOT a Consultant Financial Report prior to contract execution.
