Jefferson County. Montana. The expected outcome of this protect is the highest best use of the property for multiple housing units. Proposers may withdraw their proposal either personally or by written request at any time prior to the due date set for receiving proposals. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive ir- regularities. to postpone the award of the contract for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days and accept that proposal which is the best interest of the Town of Whitehall.
