On-call Civil Engineering Review and Inspection Services ESTIMATE: $60,000 to $100,000 City of Mill Creek has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for architectural and engineering consultant services to provide diverse civil engineering design and permit application review and construction inspections services. These services will be generally focused on supporting private residential or commercial development projects, larger landscaping projects, private and/or franchise utility operation and maintenance activities in public right-of-way, etc. The work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, tools, material and equipment necessary for completion of each development/permit review and/or inspection work task order scope authorized by the City of Mill Creek.
