Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Watrous, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,659-square-foot, one-story above grade multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by Saskatchewan Housing Corporation ("SHC") to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Group Home Watrous 501 8th Avenue East, Watrous, Saskatchewan, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the "Deliverables"). Scope of project includes the general construction of a new 247 m2 (2659 ft2 ), 4-bedroom Group Home with basement, attached garage and associated site works. Refer to drawings for full extent of the work. Direct any questions regarding this competition to the RFP Contact. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the Proponent and the rejection of the Proponent's Submission.
