Remodeling of a detention facility in Fox Lake, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a detention facility.
In general, the work consists of: a comprehensive redevelopment of bathroom facilities. Trades include General, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical. Specialty items customary to correctional settings are included. This work is located in a secure setting. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. Base Bid will be received for: A single lump sum bid for All Work. Please complete the "DOC - Facility Security Clearance Background Check" document provided in these specifications and email to Kurt Vosskuil (kurt.vosskuil@wisconsin.gov ) no later than September 22, 2023. Anyone not pre40 registered will not be allowed to attend the pre-bid tour. All potential bidders must be certified by DOA prior to submitting bids on state construction projects over $50,000.
