Renovation of a detention facility in Fox Lake, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
As of July 8 2024, an architect has been selected and parts are being ordered. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction could begin as early as Q3 2024. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Interested A/E's shall indicate their interest and submit their letters of interest no later than Monday, August 08, 2022, 12:00 PM, noon. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project will repair and replace portions of the sanitary sewer system at Fox Lake Correctional Institution. This project will evaluate the current condition of the sanitary sewer pipes and manholes, design solutions and construct the repairs and replacements on the system. The AE will prepare a condition assessment of the wastewater treatment plant equipment and systems including the control system. The new control system for the wastewater treatment plant will include the influent lift station and will also be comparable to the water system controls.
