The Perry Township Board of Supervisors are receiving sealed bids for the following items: 50 tons Premium cold patch delivered; 30,000 gallons CRS-2 Emulsion delivered; and 10,000 gallons CRS-2 Emulsion FOB. 6,000 gallons Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel delivered; 2000 gallons #2 Heating Oil delivered. 800 tons #8 Limestone delivered and 800 tons FOB; 600 tons #57 Limestone delivered and 600 tons FOB; 400 tons #R-3 Rip Rap Limestone delivered and 400 tons FOB; 100 tons #R-4 Rip Rap Limestone delivered and 100 tons FOB; and 100 tons #R-5 Rip Rap Limestone delivered and 100 tons FOB. 100 feet of 36"x20' N-12 Smooth Bore Culvert Pipe delivered and FOB; 10 - 10 foot sections of open trench culvert with grate-4 inch deep delivered and FOB; 10 - 10 foot sections of open trench culvert with grate-9 inch deep, delivered and FOB Bids are to be on forms provided by the township and are available by contacting the municipal building. The bids will be awarded per the specifications on the bid sheets,Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid. The Board of Supervisors reserve the right to approve or reject all bids, bid quantities are more or less, and waive any inconsistencies in the bids.
