New Hope-Solebury School District will discuss for potential action on the Bid at their regularly scheduled Meeting on Thursday, May 26, 2022. The Bids must cover all costs for the completion of this project as set forth in the Project Manual. The Project will be bid as one contract for Pavement Renovation and Repairs. The project entails removal and milling of existing pavement, pavement placement, crack filler/sealer, installation of Pertomat Fabric (or approved equal) and Petrotac Fabric (or approved equal), geogrid, installation of pavement markings and signage, concrete curb and curb ramp replacement, stormwater inlet repairs, and work of similar nature. Bid security in an amount not less than 10% of the amount of the bid will be required in the form of certified check, cashier's check, bank treasurer's check, or satisfactory bid bond made payable to or naming as obligee New Hope-Solebury School District, Bucks County. All bids will remain irrevocable for 60 days after the actual date of bid opening in compliance with Act 317 of 1978 approved November 26, 1978. Bidders are advised that they must comply with All State anti-kickback regulations pertaining to work associated with this project. You are required to submit an executed anti-collusion statement with the bid. The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (Act No. 442 Session of 1961) shall apply to this project, as defined within the Project Manual, since this contract is estimated to cost more than $25,000.00.
