Renovation of a military facility in Ripon, Wisconsin. Design plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
As of June 6, 2022, an engineer has been selected and this project is in the design phase. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: 21K2H 14. Replace Steam Boiler and AC MILITARY AFFAIRS - RIPON Replace existing steam boiler, terminal units with hot water boiler and terminal units. Also upgrade electrical service as necessary to support new system and provide air conditioning to appropriate spaces. Demo any window A/C units and repair or replace effected windows as necessary. This part of a statewide CFMO initiative to replace all old steam systems with hot water systems to not only improve energy efficiency, but also overall system performance and reliability. Existing boiler and distribution system is deteriorated requiring replacement. Existing electrical service is old/original requiring replacement with a 600 AMP service.
