Project Description: The project consists of sidewalk trip hazard removal at various locations within the City of Fort Collins. The awarded Service Provider will be responsible for the complete removal of vertical offsets of 1/4 or greater in any sidewalk, curb and gutters in accordance with the requirements of the most recent revision of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or as directed by City Engineering. It is the Citys policy to create a level playing field on which DBEs can compete fairly and to ensure nondiscrimination in the award and administration of all contracts. Public Bid Opening: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the bid opening will be conducted by video conference per the following information. At said place and time, and promptly thereafter, all Bids that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
