The City of Joliet, Illinois, does hereby invite sealed bids for 15,000 SF PCC Sidewalk R&R, 5"; 400 SF PCC Sidewalk, 5"; 1400 LF Concrete Curb & Gutter R&R; 100 LF Concrete Curb; 50 SY PCC Driveway Pavement R&R, 8"; 120 SY PCC Driveway Pavement R&R, 6"; 200 IN-FT Horizontal Saw Cutting/ Grinding Public sidewalk- 1" to 2" avg height; 15 EA Tree Root Pruning8" Dia. and Greater; 600 SF detectable warnings All bidders will be required to submit Bid Security in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or a Bid Bond in the amount of TEN percent (10%) of the Base Bid, payable to the City of Joliet. The successful bidder will be required to post performance security and to provide a Certificate of Insurance as set forth in the Invitation of Bid and the General Terms & Conditions. The City of Joliet reserves the right to reject any and all bids, parts of any and all bids, or to waive technical errors or omissions in bids Bid Security: 10% Performance Security: 100% Prequalification Necessary: Yes - Idot, or Il.
