Project Information. The Project is located at C Lift Station, I Lift Station, and Jackson Booster Morgan Hill, CA 95037, and is described as follows: Replace existing generator sets for each location, secure and install a new engine-driven generator set that have been prototype tested, factory built, production-tested, and site tested together with all accessories necessary for a complete installation and functioning system as specified in the technical specifications. Special Requirements: DIR Registration. City will not accept a Bid Proposal from or enter into the Contract with a bidder, without proof that the bidder and its Subcontractors are registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) to perform public work pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5, subject to limited legal exceptions. Contractor will fully complete the Work for the Project, meeting all requirements for Final Completion, within 90 calendar days from the commencement date given in the Notice to Proceed (Contract Time).
