The project entails site work on property owned by the City of Lakewood. Site work consists of erosion and sediment control, demolition and removal of existing improvements, minor earthwork and grading, cast in place concrete work, curb ramp, concrete stairs and steel railing, chainlink and wood fencing, planting, boulder placement, sodding and native seeding, mulching, irrigation system, site furnishings, playground equipment & engineered wood fiber installation.
