The City of Corona is seeking a qualified consultant to prepare a master plan for the City of Corona City Park. Corona's City Park is located at 930 East 6th Street and covers approximately 20.5 acres. The current park amenities include: barbecue and picnic areas, covered shelter area, restrooms, drinking fountains, playground, horseshoe pit, basketball court, soccer field, swimming pool and volleyball courts. City Park is designated as a Community Park facility. The selected firm will be conducting public meetings and community outreach to include the demographics of residents in the community and the vicinity of City Park to determine some of the following: popular recreational activities, their philosophy towards parks and how the residents utilize the current facilities at City Park. The Firm shall provide construction estimates and estimates for five (5) year projected maintenance of the new development(s).
