Advertisement for Bids The Town of Elk Grove, Lafayette County, is accepting bids for a culvert replacement project on Valley View Rd in the Town of Elk Grove. This project is partially funded by the WI DOT LRIP program. The project consists of removing the existing culvert and replacing it with a 60 x 72 steel culvert. The project will consist of providing the new culvert with endwall, Est. 100 yards backfill material, Est. 100 yards aggregate base material Compacting, landscaping and restoration of both right of way and roadway including cold mix Asphalt. Project is to be completed by August 1, 2022. The Town of Elk Grove reserves the right to accept and/ or reject any or all bids.
