Compensation Type: Lumpsum Q&A deadline: 05/10/2022 11:00 AM County(s): Elko, Washoe, Clark Large-Scale Video Display Replacement The DEPARTMENT requires replacement of large-scale video display systems located at the three district headquarters facilities in Clark, Washoe, and Elko Counties. The current systems are nearing end-of-life, and have become increasingly difficult to operate and maintain. Additionally, the system which is supported and maintained jointly by the DEPARTMENT, and the Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) of Southern Nevada, at the RTC's Traffic Management Center in Las Vegas, has reached end-of life, and needs to be replaced. The Service Provider agrees to perform professional and technical services including but not limited to design, supply, installation, implementation, and training for new large-scale video display systems at four locations throughout the State. See RFP for full scope of services. Project Scheule : Funding approved through Fiscal Year 2027. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
