Site work for a water / sewer project in Addison, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
All bids must be submitted on the forms provided and returned in a sealed envelope. The self-addressed label provided with the bid document must be affixed to the outside of the sealed envelope. The Village of Addison reserves the right to waive all technicalities, and to accept and or reject part(s) of any or all bids which it deems advantageous. Minorities and women-owned businesses (W.B.E.) are encouraged to participate. This is an Illinois Prevailing Wage Project. SCOPE OF WORK The Village of Addison requires the following scope of work to be performed making this a turnkey project. a) Saw cut existing concrete floor. b) Remove existing concrete and existing trench drain c) Install new trench drain per manufacturer's specifications d) Pour and finish new concrete per trench drain manufactures specifications VILLAGE OF ADDISON Bid # 22-4-6 Trench Drain Replacement 1. Prior to the commencement of any work, a written Respirable Crystalline Silica Exposure Control Plan must be submitted and approved by village staff. 2. Provide and install approx.128 feet of NF-R-4990-CX 12" trench drain with type "A" grates. Also to be included is Two (2) catch basins with trash buckets and type "A" lids or "approved equal". 3. Provide proper site clean-up, including hauling of all related debris and spoils from the jobsite and properly disposing of them. Contractor will be responsible for any disposal fees.
